The Suites

The Suites assisted living community balances privacy and independence with professional care and support, if needed. Each inviting private suite features:

• A kitchenette with microwave, sink and refrigerator
• A roomy, accessible three-quarter bath
• Plenty of open living space and storage

Our housekeeping team cleans and launders linens weekly. Tenants control their own heat and air conditioning and professional medical assistance/support is available at the touch of a button.

Every day, tenants can enjoy three delicious meals in our dining room, stay active with exercise and recreation (there’s even a bean bag baseball league), meet friends for coffee and a card game, or spend a quiet afternoon on our expansive stone patio overlooking the vibrant landscape.

Transportation scheduled through our activity staff ensures tenants have the freedom and flexibility to explore, shop and experience Urbandale and surrounding communities. The Suites offers all the amenities of home with the reassurance of attentive care when needed. That means peace of mind for our tenants and their families.

There may be times you want or need an assisted living environment for a short term stay.   You can rent a fully furnished apartment at a daily rate.  Enjoy all the amenities of assisted living, meals, activities, socialization, nursing care (if needed)  and peace of mind.  We have worked with respite stays for a variety of reasons.  They have been utilized for winter stays, transition from hospital to home, home repairs/renovation,  caregivers out of town or have other commitments.  Whatever the reason, Senior Suites would love the opportunity to be part of your story.
